About Us
Nav Jyoti Jan Kalayan Samitee is a Non-Profit Organization located in Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand started its journey in 2005. We have started our organization with a hope of human & environment development through our activities & projects like development of the status of Education & Literacy, Women’s Development & Empowerment, rural area development, Swachh Bharat mission, etc. We also run three schools & one hostel in rural area for education development. Our main goal is providing sustainable development of children and women in rural areas. Mission
The mission of Nav Jyoti Jan Kalyan Samiti is to arrange various supporting programs for social, educational and rural development and well-being of the poor people of Uttarakhand.

HIV/AIDS Awareness Program
The Awareness Campaign against communicable disease meetings held every year to spread awareness among the villagers. No disease has ever ended the life, the way AIDS/ Cancer does. HIV has become a bigger challenge before mankind as it is an infectious disease which is life-taking.
Cleanliness & Sanitation Program
It is a true initiative and support with the help of local leaders and administrations to build proper sanitation. We make an estimate and for every single family under this scheme and build hygienic toilets for them. We also motivate villagers to use toilets instead of going out.
Tree Plantation Program
Every year, Nav Jyoti Jan Kalayan Samitee has the plan to plant 100 saplings in the office premises and surrounding areas. From our NGO we also encourage our members, our followers in plantation and save the trees to save our environment.
Family & Health Welfare
Family’s health should be our first priority in life as a healthy family develops healthy relationship and environment in the society Family planning is one of the important components of the health program of Vistahunt Society.
